This is a family favorite!! If you like Reese's PB cups, this is for you!
My mom makes these around the holidays and also for our family friend Pat's birthday. He lives in Colorado and she mails them to him. Every year :) It started as the Hershey kiss cookies but these take it to the next level. Can't go wrong with PEANUT BUTTER! On anything in my opinion ;)
Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
1 bag peanut butter cups
Directions
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Shape into balls. Place in mini muffin pans. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375. Remove from oven. Press peanut butter cup in middle of cookie. Let set for few minutes. Slide knife around cookie and remove. Makes 3 dozen (I always double!)
